Peter LeS Fischer, Business Director

Mr. Fischer's experience has included a broad range of positions in four manufacturing business with annual revenues ranging for $8 Million to over $100 Million in sales. He has lived and worked on four continents
and has conducted business in 26 countries.

His background includes product development, application engineering, project management, engineering management, sales, marketing and global distribution, and general business management. He has been involved with both large and small public and private corporate businesses as well as smaller family owned operations. He has experience in people management, administration, P & L responsibilities, strategic planning, pricing structures, trade shows, web development, brochure creation, budget development and implementation, customer relations, competitive analysis, domestic and global distribution networks.

He has developed and presented sales training seminars, distributor agreements, policy and procedure documents, service manuals and customer service programs.

He is comfortable in the boardroom, on the shop floor, in customer's offices, in the classroom, and with international settings throughout the world.

Mr. Fischer is a Chartered Engineer, C.Eng, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has hands on experience in global Business Administration.

He has also undergone Steven Covey's 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and several business and marketing programs. He was President for the World Trade Club of Indiana in 1997 and on the board for 10 years.
